中空玻璃設備預壓排氣需要操作什么?

(1)輥壓排氣法:
(1) the rolling and exhaust method:
合好的玻璃經過預熱進入輥壓機,經中空玻璃設備道輥擠壓后,進入恒溫箱,再經第二道輥擠壓,排氣、封邊完成此過程。出第二道輥后,夾層玻璃四周應呈現一整圈透明帶將邊部封好,避免高壓釜內氣體回流產生汽泡。其它部位可以有分布均勻的不透明部分存在。此工藝要求玻璃表面溫度必須嚴格控制,既不可溫度太高,使封邊過早,內部氣體無法排出;又不可溫度太低,封邊不完全,產生回流汽泡。

合好的玻璃預熱后表面溫度<span>20-25℃左右,中空玻璃設備道膠輥間隙應比夾層玻璃總厚度小1MM左右,壓力為0.2–0.5MPA左右。第二道膠輥間隙應比夾層玻璃總厚度小2MM左右,壓力為0.4–0.6MPA左右。

鋁切割設備

入第二道輥時玻璃表面溫度一定要嚴格控制在60―80℃左右。生產時首先準備好所需加工的玻璃制品,盡可能連續、不間斷地進行生產,避免因間隔時間長,恒溫箱溫度變化過劇,造成玻璃表面溫度無法準確控制。

(2)真空減壓排氣法

將合片好的玻璃放入真空袋內或四周套上真空膠圈,加熱至<span>80-100攝氏度,經冷抽、熱抽,利用壓差將玻璃/PVB中間膜界面中的空氣排出并封邊。如果溫度、真空度、時間不夠,由于排氣不夠及玻璃與膠片貼合不夠緊密,易造成氣泡,或易在煮沸實驗時起泡。

中空玻璃設備小編建議:減壓真空度為650MMHG以上,冷抽溫度為25℃左右,冷抽時間20分鐘以上;熱抽時玻璃表面溫度需達到70―120℃,時間在40分鐘以上。
